The Frenchies by AdaLink Club will operate as a blend of a media production house, a creators' launchpad and a Reality/Game Show. After participating in workshops, creators will engage in competitive challenges. These challenges are categorized into three main areas: Entertainment content, Educational content, and Marketing content, ensuring diverse opportunities for all participants.

In these competitions, creators will showcase their skills and creativity to produce compelling content in their chosen category. The challenges are designed to not only foster creativity but also to encourage collaboration and showcase innovation within the Cardano community.

The Frenchies community plays a pivotal role in this process by selecting the most outstanding works for grants, sponsorships, and monetization opportunities. This selection process will be conducted through community voting, where members can support their favorite creators and projects.

Furthermore, all voters are rewarded for their involvement. They'll receive rewards for actively participating in shaping the club's creative direction, making the voting process both engaging and rewarding.
